Annette Volk, MS-P, AADC, M.A.C.

Clinical Director

Read Annette's Bio
Annette Volk has an extensive clinical background, having spent 14 years working in corrections where she helped and contributed to the growth of many struggling individuals by helping them learn how to overcome past trauma and make the most of their situation -regardless of their current circumstances or what was in their past. “Every person has the potential to become more than what a diagnosis or their history states.” She believes in people’s ability to see more than their past.

After that experience, she then moved to county mental health and substance use treatment, where she continued her outreach beyond the walls and fences of the correction system. Becoming this type of treatment provider continued her passion for helping people find their potential, build new lives, and change their own story and share that growth with their families, and community.

Annette enjoys seeing people find their path to wellness and share their journey with others, knowing it is available to anybody with the right supports and a place to begin that journey. She comes to Oak Ridge Recovery as Clinical Director, bringing her philosophy and treatment experience to offer hope and options for anyone looking to improve their current situation or behavioral health diagnosis.

Outside of her professional work, Annette enjoys outdoor activities, ranching with her husband, riding horses, and caring for her animals, the country life in general.
